After the "Prize for Social Market Economy" awarded by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in October 2016, another honour has been bestowed upon GEZE CEO Brigitte Vöster-Alber: on 10th November, she received the Business Medal of the State of Baden-Württemberg. Our sliding door system Levolan 120 has also received an award: the German Design Council presented it with the "ICONIC AWARDS 2017: Interior Innovation" – one of the most prestigious design awards in the furnishing sector throughout the world.

| At BAU 2017, GEZE will be presenting new and innovative products and system solutions that turn buildings into true 'Smart Buildings'. | The "ICONIC AWARDS 2017: Interior Innovation" is one of the most prestigious design awards in the furnishing sector throughout the world. It is awarded by the German Design Council. The GEZE design sliding door system Levolan 120 is the winner in the building fixtures category. As an additional honour, Levolan 120 will be presented in the exhibition accompanying the international interiors show imm cologne from 16th to 22nd January 2017 in the premises of Kölnischer Kunstverein.

GEZE door solutions in Spanish hospitals
|
| GEZE has equipped large medical centres in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as in a number of cities in Galicia, with product solutions. For example, six TSA 160 automatic swing door drives, 25 ECdrive drives and two Slimdrive SLT drives have been installed in the Hospital Universitario de Mostòles. In addition, there have been a number of hospital projects in Galicia in northern Spain.
