| FeuerTRUTZ: Smart solutions for preventive fire protection

| From 22 to 23 February 2017, GEZE will be presenting the new BACnet building automation system GEZE Cockpit as a show highlight at the Nürnberg Messe exhibition centre. Automated system components from the area of door, window and safety technology can be networked, and controlled and monitored centrally. GEZE will also be showcasing products from its free-swing door closer range that are integrated into doors and fitted to the door frame – combining fire protection and accessibility.

| The new window safety system from GEZE provides increased security and comfort. It can be optimally combined with the window drives portfolio. The sensors are used wherever they are needed according to a safety analysis and offer the high safety standard according to Performance Level C.

| GEZE ActiveStop: The new door comfort now also for retrofitting
|
| The GEZE ActiveStop door damper integrated into the door provides greater convenience and a completely new ‘door experience’. It can stop doors gently, close them quietly and keep them open with ease. Completely new is that as well as the GEZE ActiveStop version that can be integrated in the door leaf or frame, there is now a variant that can be fitted at the top. As a result, it can be easily retrofitted to existing wooden and glass inner doors and removed without a trace.

| Insights into the world of cranes: The new ABUS KranHaus – equipped by GEZE
|
| 'KranHaus' (House of Cranes) is the name of the new sales and training centre of the crane manufacturer ABUS at the company's headquarters in Gummersbach. Last year, the four-storey open-gallery building was commissioned. Using system elements from the door, window and safety technology range, GEZE has simultaneously delivered multiple object-specific solutions. Fully BACnet networked, they fulfil the demanding requirements of usage, comfort and safety within the 'smart' building complex.

| 'Mall of Scandinavia' GEZE supports large-scale shopping centre project
|
| Since its inauguration the Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Sweden, can proudly bear the name of Scandinavia’s biggest shopping centre. Covering three floors with a total surface area of over 100,000 square metres, the building has space for 224 shops and 20 restaurants, as well as Scandinavia’s biggest cinema. GEZE Sweden has contributed more than 150 automatic door solutions for the Mall of Scandinavia. These include various GEZE sliding door systems as well as a range of door closers.
